Customer information:

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at the time of ordering is complete and accurate.

We shall not be liable for any loss, delay, failed delivery, or additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details supplied by the customer.

Where an order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, our delivery obligations shall be deemed fulfilled, and no refund, replacement, or compensation will be offered in respect of orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Orders made before 2pm are despatched the same day. Orders placed between Friday after 2 pm and Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday, please note that Monday is not included in the delivery estimate. Please also note deliveries to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland will take an extra day.

Delivery charges to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands and the Scottish Islands will vary according to the destination and weight of the parcel. We will always endeavor to obtain the most competitive price; therefore, we price each order individually.

In the event that an order has been returned to us by the courier, due to not being able to be delivered we will be issuing a refund for the products on the order.  Please re-order the items if you still wish to receive them.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

In the event of customer absence at the time of delivery, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address will incur extra postage charges after repeated failed attempts by the courier

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, additional postage and handling charges may apply for any further delivery attempts or redirection.

Customers will be notified in advance of any such charges before they are applied.
