This double-action pH neutralizer and cuticle sealer, the Joico K-Pak Professional Cuticle Sealer, is an acidifier that smoothens and tightens the cuticle. It effectively seals in curls and color while reducing hair swelling common with chemical services like tinting, lightening, straightening, and perming. It also eliminates ammonia and peroxide residues and perm odors with its low pH formula. Additionally, the balance of 19 essential amino acids quickly adhere to protect and reconstruct the hair from cuticle to cortex.
