    Please note that during the Easter bank holiday period, our warehouse and offices will be closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

    Orders placed before 2:00pm on Thursday will be dispatched the same day and will aim to be delivered on Saturday (subject to courier service availability). Orders placed after 2:00pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Tuesday, when we reopen. Please be aware that delivery times may be affected during this period due to reduced courier operations

    HWS Beauty offers Free Standard Delivery on orders above £30 & FREE next-working-day delivery on all orders over £50.

    • Order by 2:00pm (Mon–Fri) to qualify for same-day dispatch and next-working-day delivery.
    • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

    If your order is under £50, you can select Next-Day Delivery at checkout for £5.99.

    Saturday Delivery

    Saturday delivery is only available if a Saturday service is selected and paid for (where available). Otherwise, Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

    Standard Delivery

    Standard Delivery above £30 is free. If your order is under £30 then a charge for standard delivery is £3.79.

    We aim to deliver within 2–4 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
