Face Balm with oat oil and vitamin E

UpCircle's cleansing balm is designed for daily use and effectively removes impurities, makeup (including SPF and oils), and pollutants while leaving skin feeling supple and hydrated. Its blend of finely-ground apricot stone powder, calming blackcurrant seed, sea buckthorn, and blue tansy oils soothes and revitalizes the complexion.
